Privacy
This site is here to introduce Cà Vidè and give you our contact details. It has no forms, uses no cookies and keeps no visitor statistics. Below, point by point, is what happens to your data.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Tenuta Marchini e Agriturismo Ca’ Vide’ di Aliboni Francesca, Via Caprognano 18, 54035 Caprognano, Fosdinovo (MS), Italy, VAT no. 01206570457. For any question about your data, write to us at francesca.aliboni@libero.it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or profiling tools. That’s why we don’t ask for any consent when you arrive.
Even the typefaces are served from our own server, not from outside services.
When you visit the site
To send you its pages, the server hosting this site needs to know your IP address, as with any website. It uses it only for the duration of the request: we keep no record of visits.
The Google map, only if you open it
In the Contact section you’ll find a static map, made from OpenStreetMap and stored on our own server: viewing it contacts no one else. The interactive Google map, on the other hand, loads only if you press “Open the interactive map”. If you do, the map comes from Google (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. The same applies to the “Open in maps” button, which takes you to Google Maps.
Links to other sites
The links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and to articles about us open other people’s sites, which handle data under their own rules. They receive nothing before you click.
When you call or write to us
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we use your name, number or email address and what you write only to reply and to handle your booking or event (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don’t pass them on to anyone and we don’t use them for advertising.
We keep them for as long as it takes to handle your request, except for what the law requires us to keep (tax records, for example). WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp’s service (Meta), under its own rules.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to francesca.aliboni@libero.it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante privacy.
